Aunt Kate and Uncle David come to town!

We had a very short visit with one of my dear friends, Katie, and her husband David.  Remember I was in their wedding back in July?  They were here skiing with family and were able to spend an evening and morning with us.  It was lovely to catch up.

Happy Birthday, Scot!

Today is Scot's birthday and although he's celebrating it at work, he was a good sport and we celebrated early.  His request was to have birthday dinner with my folks and since they were already planning to be up here last weekend, we celebrated then.  It was such a fun day spent as a family.  Here are a few pictures.

 Scot's "big gift" from my folks was a nice new 3-day hiking backpack filled with fun camping necessities.  It was so fun to watch him keep pulling things out!
